Visitor Center Conference Room
To assist you with your meeting planning, we offer some Meeting Equipment that must be requested in advance:

  • VCR/DVD and TV
  • Tables: 4 large conference room
  • 2   6-ft folding tables
  • 2   4 ft x 18 inch folding tables
  • 18 chairs
  • small portable screen
  • easel

From the Kitchen:
  • Place settings in white for 16 people
  • (2) platters

The Kremmling Area Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Center offers a centrally located meeting space for groups to rent. The meeting space is painted an bright orange and the room has large window that help energize any meeting or event.

Rental of the meeting space includes use of the kitchen area for prepping snacks, beverages or meals.

The meeting space can be configured in classroom style or board room style or tables and chairs can be moved for social event configurations.

The Visitor Center and Conference Room is located in the Town Square Park and all restaurants are located just a block or so away making lunch or dinner breaks easy to manage.
